Cynthia Lee Denker

Cindy Denker was born in Omaha Nebraska, and completed both a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. 

After graduation, Cindy worked as a counselor, instructor, program administrator, and Dean of Students in several small colleges in Colorado and New Mexico, before deciding to pursue a law degree. She earned her law degree at Washington University in St. Louis, and received the American Jurisprudence award for pre-trial practice. 

In her last semester of law school, she was an intern with the Environmental Protection Agency in Washington DC.   After law school, she worked in the St. Louis area and was admitted to both the Missouri and Illinois Bar Associations.   

Cindy moved to Florida in 1998, to be closer to family and became a member of the Florida Bar Association in 1999.  Cindy has spent most of her career helping people injured at work or those seeking disability benefits.  She utilizes that experience to represent individuals injured on the job in her practice with Harrell & Harrell, P.A.

Cindy is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association, Uptown Civitan, the Exchange Club, and Families of Slain Children.  She is also a member of the E. Robert Williams American Inns of Court honorary.

Cindy enjoys all outdoor and water activities, spending time with my friends and family, and traveling.  She is a supporter the Jaguars Football, and is a diehard fan of the Cornhuskers.
