Robert Carl Davis

I can't praise Robert C. Davis enough. He did such an outstanding job for my daughter when hired for her criminal case that we again hired him to handle her foreclosure, divorce, child dependency, and child support cases. He saved her from going to prison, losing her home, got her children back, an...d made her support payments manageable. Highly recommend him!

Highly recommended as he has represented my family for the last 10 years in almost every aspect. He originally started handling traffic tickets for me, then I had a DUI charge and some civil collection issues, and ultimately a divorce case and visitation case. I have gone to him nearly a dozen time...s and every time he has been there for me and helped me thru the toughest times. He doesn't B.S. me and tells me straight up the way it is and what the cost is up front. He has worked with me and done some payment schedules on a case by case basis too.

Mr. Davis called me tonight for a consultation. I was rude to him when I answered the phone because I didn't know who was calling. He quickly calmed me down, introduced himself, and got right to the point. We went over MULTIPLE scenarios regarding what could happen to my child should something hap...pen to me, and I feel so much better knowing that I've covered all my bases and my child will be well taken care of, even if I am rendered unable to control that myself. I feel like we spoke on a personal level; not just a lawyer talking to a potential paying client. He wasn't concerned with my money; he was genuinely concerned with what I needed to do to ensure the safety and well-being of my children in the future while having an unaddressed custody issue. It was as if I was talking to a very well educated friend who was giving me good advice. I am so glad that he called, and I will now keep his number with me at all times. I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else should I need ANYTHING in the future when it comes to legal matters. He won me over completely in a matter of 30 minutes. It means a lot for a stranger to, not only talk to you like a friend, but to comfort you when it comes to your children, and arm you with the tools you need to be confident, educated, and prepared when it comes to these sensitive matters. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone, and I would never even consider hiring anyone else.

As a commercial licensed driver your career can be threatened daily by uncertainties and turn it into a nightmare or end it. When that day happened to me, Mr. Davis worked with me getting all the facts and his exceptional knowledge with the law helped to prove my case. As a result, the case was dismi...ssed and I had won. He would blame me when he couldn't get a hold of me ...... I Never missed a phone call , text or email (I know because I check multiple times) And he claims he also couldn't get ahold of my ex husband which he did not miss any phone calls or emails either. Canceled our court date (that would fina...lize our divorce ) without our knowledge ...we didn't know when our court date was and we're told to wait on his call ....I called him to confront him and nothing but lies spewed out of his mouth ...rude hateful and I fired him. It's sad when I can comunicate with my ex easier then I can communicate with my own lawyer ...also he blamed his actions on lack of payment ....I've paid over half of his money and was told my ex would be paying the other Avoid this man and his rude secretary
