He starts out as though he is compassionate and then a few months later you learn the real Bob. He will tell you what you wish to hear and then you don't hear from him. If you call his office his secretary Kim is extremely rude and hateful. I thought this was just her but over the course of dealing w...ith Bob for almost 2 years I have learned he is more rude than her. He won't call you back and when you've left multiple messages he responds as though you are interupting his life! I divorced a narcisisst and found the exact same thing in a lawyer. He didn't fight back at any of the hearings we had. I went to him cause he seemed knowledgeable the law. He even had incorrect information at the hearing!! He's extremely incompetent!! My ex hasn't paid myself or Bob and yet he won't file contempt charges. I spoke with him on Mar. 12, 2019 and it is now April1, 2019 and I've heard nothing from him. This isn't unusual. He will go months without any communication! Do yourself a favor and find a lawyer that fights for you and not just about getting his money!!

I hired Mr. Davis at a very difficult time in my life for a divorce. I came into his office in tears and every step of the way he made it a very personal and kind consultation, assuring me he was there to help. It was a long process as divorce often can be, and though I sent him endless emails asking... for updates, he was professional with his replies. So much so that I also hired him in a personal injury case when I was in a bad accident. Hes a tough gentleman and doesnt mince words. I appreciate that and all his help. Absolutely recomend.

Highly recommended as he has represented my family for the last 10 years in almost every aspect. He originally started handling traffic tickets for me, then I had a DUI charge and some civil collection issues, and ultimately a divorce case and visitation case. I have gone to him nearly a dozen time...s and every time he has been there for me and helped me thru the toughest times. He doesn't B.S. me and tells me straight up the way it is and what the cost is up front. He has worked with me and done some payment schedules on a case by case basis too.

He would blame me when he couldn't get a hold of me ...... I Never missed a phone call , text or email (I know because I check multiple times) And he claims he also couldn't get ahold of my ex husband which he did not miss any phone calls or emails either. Canceled our court date (that would fina...lize our divorce ) without our knowledge ...we didn't know when our court date was and we're told to wait on his call ....I called him to confront him and nothing but lies spewed out of his mouth ...rude hateful and I fired him. It's sad when I can comunicate with my ex easier then I can communicate with my own lawyer ...also he blamed his actions on lack of payment ....I've paid over half of his money and was told my ex would be paying the other Avoid this man and his rude secretary
