Your Orange Park begun handling our case in June 2017. Our case was actually three separate cases because there were three people in the car. We were never happy with the lawyer that begun the case in 2017. Communication was awful. She was slow to respond and never did what we asked. We never unde...rstood exactly where our case was in the process or what the next step was. Two of the three cases settled while she was still our attorney. we were not exactly pleased with the way that they settled because the communication was so poor. We express our problems many times to the office. we begin taking all of our communication straight to the lead attorney in the office. while our third case was still in the process of being settled I received a call from a new attorney in the office. His name is Andrew Scott. I had had such poor experience with a prior attorney, I was very skeptical that this attorney would be able to change my opinion. However Andrew was nothing but professional, on-time, excellent communication, and kept the case moving. Andrew made more progress and achieved faster results than the previous attorney in the office. The third case has finally closed and I am so thankful to Andrew for handling everything. If I ever needed an attorney again Andrew Scott is who I would go to. He completely changed our entire opinion of the way things were being handled. We truly appreciate all that Andrew did for us.

Alex and Sujei are completely amazing at what they do ! With everything that I was dealing with my treatments and recovery not once did I have any worries or concerns about how my case was being handled , because they were and still is through with explaining every process and keeping me in the loop... with any updates or rather it's to check on my well being . They've went out there way to order flowers to be delivered on the day of my surgery ( what a beautiful gesture). They've always treated me like family instead of another check.
