I met with and had a consultation with the Ron Sholes firm and was very pleased with their professionalism and the time they spent going over the details of my case and what I could expect from the start to finish of my case. They were straight forward and up front about the complexity of my case and... some of the potential challenges we could face and how we would have to fight back against the opposing counsel. I hired the Ron Sholes firm because I believed they were equipped and committed to handle my case and do what was necessary to get the best possible outcome. I was beyond pleased and my expectations were exceeded. I was assigned the trial team to handle my case and worked closely with Alex Nobregas and his team because it was clear the opposing side wasn’t willing to be reasonable even after accepting respond and were assigned fault from the beginning. They went above and beyond in doing their due diligence to dig their heels in and work the file aggressively - getting expert witnesses, depositions from all providers/ people involved, cell phone records for the driver of the other car, etc. Nothing was missed. My case was very complicated and took a few years to resolve due to many factors and complexity of my case and I had a pre-existing condition with previous accidents and doctor notes on file with surgical recommendations. This was a fight until the end and Alex and his team was always dedicated to the best outcome & result - never pushing mediation and willing to go to trial if I was in for waiting.. and I was.. my condition has worsened severely from the date of my accident and my condition required a major neck reconstructive surgery with therapy and many other doctor appts and my medical bills more than quadrupled. The Ron Sholes firm continued to support my case and follow it all of the way through. My chances of having a really good settlement because it was considered a “bad faith” case were very low - high medical bills, my Long Term Disability carrier putting a lien against the future settlement funds, state disability and more. It became more and more difficult and complex. They came through with a bang - found all of the loopholes - negotiated all of the lien holders - got some to write off completely - wore down the other side. Time was on our side in some ways and I feel I got the best possible outcome and was beyond pleased with the settlement I was awarded. It was way more than I anticipated and gave me a peace of mind knowing I will have something to fall back on for my care for the future as I get back on my feet. This team is A+ and certainly knows the Injury Law business - I would definitely recommend them and the Ron Sholes firm to anyone needing this type of help in these unfortunate situations in life. Settled case over a year ago. Then they can me and say they messed up and found more money on insurance policy that is entitled to my son. That was over 6 months ago. I have had so my different attorneys from this firm reach out over the last few years I can event count them all. They have the absolu...te worst customer service. Do yourself a favor and go with someone that actually cares about there clients. Will be reporting them to the FL bar

I was involved in a bad accident back in April, let's just say everything about it was a complete disaster. Thanks to Ron and Kelli Pruner( one of the attorneys at the Palatka office) my case was handled very quickly and I was able to get another vehicle and money in my pocket. Without them I wo...uldn't have gotten anything. The woman who hit me insurance company tried to only pay me $1200. But because of Kelli that didn't fly. She was available to talk to anytime I called her, she treated me like I was family. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney to help me through my nightmare. I was in a car accident summer 2012. I called Ron's office the day after my accident. I was treated at the hospital the day of my accident and didn't know what to do. The staff and attorneys at their office took care of everything. Helped me deal with the insurance companies, provided a rental since ...my car was totaled and made sure my bills from the accident were covered. It's a scary situation to be in after an accident and their office made the process a lot easier. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!
