Thomas Joseph Fraser Jr.

I represent clients in complex litigation, business transactions (including mergers, acquisitions, securities compliance and regulatory matters) and government contracts compliance (including representation of clients before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals).  I bring years of business experience to client relationships with the ultimate goal of helping clients reach their business objectives and personal goals.  My wide range of experience includes being involved in a number of businesses as a principal, as well as acting as lead counsel in a wide variety of matters including venture capital transactions, government contracting disputes (including contract administration compliance and ASBCA/CBCA appeals), complex commercial litigation matters, and general business strategic advice.

I also hold securities licenses, and I am actively involved in investment banking through my relationship with LionsBridge Capital, LLC.
