Francine Clair Landau

I dealt with this firm in regard to a bill with a third party. Staff from this office telephoned me multiple times with threats and intimidation regarding a collection. Although I spent numerous hours of my time researching the matter and ultimately discovered that at least part of their informatio...n was in error they were rude and unprofessional. The matter has now been resolved and I have written Ms. Landau three times requesting a confirmation of the closure of this matter but have received no communication from her. The actions of Ms. Landau and her staff (Mr. Robinson and Ms. Williams) have been rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.
