In my experience, Mr. Kelne was better than average at keeping me informed of the details and status of the matter at hand. Unfortunately when it came to addressing the opposing party's blatantly unreasonable actions and demands, Mr. Kelne acted more like a biased mediator who was so driven to simply... reach a settlement that many times it seemed like he was representing the opposing party interests. If you are looking for someone to help you through a simple and uncontentious issue, Mr. Kelne may be a good fit but I cannot recommend Mr. Kelne to anyone who is looking for a strong representative to defend against an unreasonable or aggressive opposing party.
