Kevin Joseph Loftus

I was injured in a car accident several years ago. I met Kevin at McGrath Gibson in conjunction with being represented by Brad Gibson. Kevin handled the litigation of my case and got the insurance company to make a reasonable offer to settle my case at mediation. This came after a long battle and ...years of my case being denied of for no good reason. He was very knowledgeable and really helped me understand all of the issues in my case. I would highly recommend Kevin and his law firm.

Kevin Loftus was very lackadaisical in collecting information on the case and a very poor communicator. He put forth what seemed to be little to no effort on the case, requiring the client to do most of it. If you are looking for good representation, I don't recommend to you Kevin Loftus nor the... Law Office of McGrath Gibson. They are very curt and accusatory toward their clients and do not hold true to their initial agreements. Furthermore, they charge unreal amounts for their office fees and provide no information to back up such charges, even when requested.
