I contacted Law Offices of Archibald J. Thomas III over a year and half. I started with another attorney and he left. Mr. Kanupp took over my case. I asked specifically for him to communicate with me via phone. I don't have a lot of legal knowledge. I paid him for that. Over this time frame I heard f...rom him rarely. He didn't put forth the effort towards my case. I lost my case and he sent me the determination of my case in the mail and never called me to explain why. As a person with a disability I experienced retaliation after I filed charges and now I am facing more retaliation now. I don't believe he put much effort into my case and he blew me off at the end.
