Biography
Ms. Mathis is a member of Rogers Towers’ Family Law Department. She has litigated and tried numerous family law cases in Duval, Nassau, St. Johns, Clay and other Counties in Florida, as well as in the States of Georgia and Kentucky. Ms. Mathis specializes in complex divorce cases involving sophisticated financial issues, tracing of non-marital assets, identification of hidden and commingled assets, and valuation of businesses, real estate, and personal property. Ms. Mathis works regularly with a variety of experts, including C.P.A.s, Financial Planners, Appraisers, Business Valuators, and Psychologists to provide comprehensive legal representation to her clients before and during trial. Ms. Mathis also prepares prenuptial, postnuptial and marital settlement agreements, regularly litigates custody, visitation and support issues, and encourages alternative dispute resolution through counseling and mediation.

Straightforward & kind
Was recommended to Sandra for her business expertise but my case was heavily weighted on the custody side with minor children and she spent time consulting me as well as made some recommendations that would help in my situation. I appreciated her honestly and concern.
