Ronald S. Wasilenko

Ronald Wasilenko is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience favorably resolving a wide variety of complex matters in state and federal courts. His areas of practice include complex civil litigation and appellate matters concerning health care law, medical liability, products liability, professional licensing, and retail and premises liability. Mr. Wasilenko also represents health care professionals in matters before the Florida Department of Health.

 Mr. Wasilenko is a member of The Florida Bar , Jacksonville Bar Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Wasilenko is the former Special Magistrate for Code Enforcement for Clay County, FL.

Mr. Wasilenko proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1980-1998 retiring as a Commander in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps.  He was the Navy’s senior staff attorney for the Southeastern United States and the Caribbean, supervising all attorneys at eleven major naval installations as well as two Naval Hospitals, and a Dental Center.   While serving, Mr. Wasilenko received numerous Navy Awards and Medals for providing outstanding legal services to the Navy, Military personnel and their dependants:  ABA Legal Assistance for Military Personnel Distinguished Service Award ,  two Navy Meritorious Service Medals , two Navy Commendation Medals and a Navy Achievement Medal.
