Robert Haupt Fishback Jr.

I am confused at the previous reviews, my experiences have only been positive. I originally hired Robert Fishback for an incident a few years ago for a traffic violation. All I had to pay was the ticket, I did not get points. A few years ago, I was pulled over after I had left a party and blew a .08 ...and was taken to jail. I didn't know who else to call ..and glad I did. He was able to contact a judge and I was let out within a few hours. I was looking at a DUI but thanks to Mr. Fishback,I got a lesser charge and eventually he had it expunged from my record all together. Most recently I was speeding and again, Mr. Fishback managed to get me no points on my license.

I had a DUI in the worst circumstances - running into a police car - and Robert advocated for me and put pressure on the State all the way until the eve of trial until the State conceded and reduced the DUI charges to a reckless driving - the best result I could have expected under the circumstances.... If it wasn't for Robert's advocacy I could have ended up with jail time and multiple DUI convictions. In addition, his rate was more than reasonable considering his extensive trial experience as a former prosecutor. I have referred other friends to Robert regarding their family law and divorce issues who were way overcharged by their previous lawyer and they were very pleased with Robert's services and I continue to receive compliments about Robert's services.
