Hard Working Attorney

Janet Johnson, She did a great job for our son. He was scheduled to be extradited to Florida from California on an old felony charge. She was able to have the extradition recalled. Janet went to the judge and explained the situation and after hearing all the facts, the judged decided to recall the ...notice. It would have been a nightmare for our son to be extradited back to Florida. Janet restored our faith in the fairness of the judicial system. We have had to deal with other attorneys in the past and she definitely proved to be the most competent. The others sounded great in the beginning, but there was no follow up. She actually returned calls. She took the time to write letters to our son explaining the case to him. He was incarcerated in California at the time, so phone calls were not feasible. My wife, son and I highly recommend her services.

Charges Dismissed

Janet got both my charges dismissed. One she got done very easily. For the other one, the DA was sticking to their guns. But with a little time and a lot of persistence on Janet's end, they gave in to her motion to dismiss. I am out of state and never even had to show up in court. In fact, I never ev...en met Janet in person but she always treated me very well and fought hard for me. She responds quickly to emails and is easily reached by phone. Highly recommend.

She did the impossible!

I was recently a defendant in a misdemeanor court case. I have a terrible record. However, I have since made some changes for the better in my life. During my first consultation with Ms. Johnson she expressed concern for me and my well being. Other attorneys I spoke with simply told me what I wanted... to hear. But Janet told me that I should seek help, not just to get out of trouble, but because I was worth it. I knew right away that she was the one for me. Within a couple of months she made a plea arrangement with the state attorney but on the day we presented it to the judge he refused it because of my record. I was devastated. He was intent on sending me to jail. Janet fought tirelessly on my behalf, impressing the judge with her efforts and her encouragement of my progress. She never gave up on me. I could not believe it when I was sentenced to probation! I have intense stipulations, but because of her guidance, I was prepared. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking counsel, especially if you have an impossible case! Thanks janet for giving me my freedom.
