My son was wrongfully accused of a crime and we needed to prove his innocence of a, “ he said she said” case. fast and excellent

Janet and her team are very fast in making sure you have all your documentation and information as soon as it is available. This was an amazing experience, the reason i needed her has stupid but she has more then made the whole situation more understandable for me.

Best ever with no attitude.

My Daughter and I were unjustly accused of a crime that was never committed. Janet was the only attorney that would not only listen to what happened but took the case when others did not want to deal with it. I Needed Help!

I was very frightened when two policemen came to my home and relayed a story that they had been told about me from a road repair foreman that had stopped and intimidated me at a road repair site several days earlier. The foreman told one of the officers that I had hit him with my automobile and injur...ed him. The whole story was inaccurate and totally fabricated on his part. After I called and retained Janet Johnson, she carefully reviewed my situation and explained the legal factors involved in my "case" Since I had never been involved in anything like this before, I had no idea how to respond to these charges. Ms.Johnson took my case to the court and presented a successful defense for me, she researched case law in the State of Florida and convinced the court to drop the charges against me and to dismiss the civil infraction they issued against me. Ms.Johnson did all of this for me and I never even had to go to court. She has convinced me that she is very professional and her entire staff were considerate of my concerns and kept me up to date on the proceedings of my case. I whole heartedly recommend her and her staff to anyone who finds themselves in need of an attorney. Janet Johnson was recommended to me by another attorney who practices another field of law. His firm is well known and I'm sure glad he told me about "what a good lawyer she is".
