Biography
I was born in Pittsburgh, PA and received my undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from the Thiel College in Greenville, Pennsylvania in 1993, where I played Varsity Basketball for four years.
I am also a 1996 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
I focus my practice on assisting individuals in claims for Short Term, Long Term and Individual disability benefits.
I am admitted to practice in the states of Florida and Pennsylvania, along with the Northern, Southern and Middle Federal District Courts of Florida and in the Western Federal District of Pennsylvania.
I am a member of the state bar associations of Florida and Pennsylvania, along with the Federal Bar Association. I am also a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representative (NOSSCR) and has spoken at numerous conferences.

Short and long term disability
I was terminated while at Brooks rehab. My short term disability was stopped. He had my short term disability reinstated. So my long term disability would not be affected.

Excellent Attorney
I was turned down for Social Security disability - Atty. Berger took my case got me benefits (including six months arrearage) and from the $3,000 SSA set aside for him from my arrearage, Atty. Berger only accepted $500. I have since recommended him to multiple friends and acquaintences.
