Divorce Settlment

Elizabeth R. Ondriezek, P.A. came highly recommend by a fellow attorney. I sat with Elizabeth on my initial consultation and she was honest and straight forward on my divorce options and possible outcome. Jennifer was assigned to my case, and she was professional, worked with my ex-husband’s attorn...ey and negotiated a fair settlement. Out of the five things I wanted out of the divorce Jennifer successfully negotiated them with a positive outcome. I would highly recommend Elizabeth R. Ondriezek, P.A. to those who may find themselves in the same situation.

The Rock I needed

My ex-spouse had just passed away and I was having issues with our divorce decree and life insurance company. I was an emotional wreck! After speaking with them, I was able to go back to the insurance company more knowledgeable and aware of the law. This office treated me like a person and not jus...t a dollar sign. They were very compassionate and caring, not to mention responsive. They also assisted me with an adoption. I can't say enough good things about Attorney Ondriezek and her entire staff.

Excellent Family Law Attorney

I have consulted with Elizabeth in the past. She has a fine command of the law, and she is an excellent source on family law. She is a Jacksonville native, and she has a bevy of litigation experience.

Beth is a Superstar

Beth is a great attorney. I have reviewed many cases to her and she has handled all of them with the utmost care. She has helped mew ith consultations when needed. Her office is extremely professional while being sympathetic which is a needed skill in the family law area. Separation, Divorce, Ado...ption, Child Custody, Alimony...Beth does it all.

Excellent service

Mrs.E.Ondriezek handled my divorce case. I'm very satisfied with her service. She is a very proffesional, honest and knowlegeable attorney, and performed beyond my expectation. Mrs. Ondriezek at both consultation and after hiring was to the point, a down to earth, no nonsense attorney, ready to fight... for the client. My case was handled smoothly, no delays of any kind, at very reasonable price. Unused money from her retainer was returned to me. I would highly recommend Mrs. E. Ondriezek to anyone considering a divorce.
