Unfortunately, after promising, in writing, to at minimum, send a letter, this attorney did NOTHING after payment was received. He was unresponsive and unhelpful for several months, although all that was requested was a letter. I hired a mutual friend, after a long, convincing conversation to do v...ery simple work. Because of this, no complaint has been filed with the bar, but I am highly disappointed in my own.

Mr. Ross did a outstanding job on a matter involving my sister in Fl. I live in Colorado so this was very hard for me not knowing what was going on with my money that was being withheld from me by a family member. He was very professional and I was very happy with his service. Every time I called him... or emailed him or texted him he answered my questions. And I'll be the first to say that I blew up his phone. Outstanding attorney and well worth the money I spent.

Mr. Ross is a fine trustworthy and knowledgeable attorney. A debt collector tried to collect on a "zombie debt" that was not a legitimate debt. Not only did Mr. Ross get this illegitimate debt removed from my credit reports, he also settled this matter with the debt collector sending him a check for ...violations of the FDCA, FCCPA, as well as other debt collection violations and derivative causes of action. I would highly recommend Mr. Ross since he is a polished negotiator and litigator.
