I was lucky enough to have Tom Walker representing me when I found myself thrown into a devastating and extremely complicated family law matter. Tom was patient and understanding from the very beginning. I could tell he was genuine and truly cared about the best interests of everyone involved. His... communication skills with the opposing party were impressive to say the least, and his ability to effectively communicate and negotiate not only showed me how talented and knowledgeable he is, but it also showed me that there was light at the end of the tunnel. Tom has a great paralegal that was always there to answer my questions or concerns, and made things run as smoothly as possible. My case dragged on for quite some time and multiple curveballs were thrown at us, but he was persistant and fought for me until the very end. The outcome turned out being better than I could have ever imagined. Tom gave me top notch representation and exceeded all of my expectations! I highly recommend Tom Walker to anyone needing a professional, competent, and honest lawyer with integrity.

I hired Mr. Walker for my case believing in Albaugh law firm’s credibility but i will regret that decision for rest of my life. Despite providing all the information and facts about the case and asked him to move with vacating order and asked him not to agree for anything without my knowledge. Unfort...unately, He still chose to move on his own for his convenience without my knowledge or consulting me or sharing any information about what would be the results of his action. That is bad!! That is not fair!! That is not reversable!! That is not professional. After hiring another attorney for my case, last week, i kindly emailed Mr Walker and let him know what he did was simply wrong so i asked for refund but he is not even responding to my email. I dont recommend these folks to anyone needing an attorney. Obviously the firm’s professional approach and principals are void. Please be aware!

We hired Tom before he was with the firm he is now. We went over what needed done, he quoted us a more than fair price and did above & beyond what he agreed to for just that. We ran in to snags because of opposing party dragging her feet, but Tom was 1 step ahead of it all along. He not only listens ...but he knows his stuff! He gave us all options, was very upfront with each. Gave no false hopes, and seeing as how we are 1000 miles away we needed someone to represent us at court when we couldn't be there & Tom has done just that! He even impressed us with his knowledge of our case on game day he was a true bull dog! We are not done fighting our fight & wouldn't dream of any other attorney by our side fighting for our kids like they were his own!
