I hired Attorney Chafin to work on a deed of a property I bought one and a half years ago and which was not properly titled. Unbelievably this property was never titled correctly ever since the beginning. The legal description was wrong , according to the records department of Duval County . It ...was really scary when I found out that the property I was buying was only a piece of land that was split from the property that I thought I was buying with the house on it. It took me several months to have it all settled out with the help of the property records department and , of course , Attorney Chafin. Attorney Chafin was very thorough the whole time he was working on my case. He had to dig through the original title of two generations ago to finally get the correct legal description of the property.
