Rehan Khawaja, Attorney at Law

Attorney Khawaja represented me in my recent bankruptcy case. The entire process was very fast because Mr. Khawaja was very knowledgeable about the bankruptcy laws. He explained the process, the forms that needed to be completed and provided a detail description of all the supporting documentation... I would need to complete the process. Rehan Turned My Life Around and Back on Track!!

Rehan was a real person helping me to navigate a very difficult legal case, due to another lawyer's shoddy work. He took my case in the most difficult time. He saved my life from going to jail because of misunderstanding that occurred in the initial BK process. He helped to restructure my debt with a... Ch. 13 100% repayment plan. “A former client filed a complaint after the circuit court ruled in my favor and awarded me attorney's fee to represent him in an employment discrimination action. I represented the client over a period of two to three years and he improperly terminated my representation just before the final arbitration hearing. His former employer and the respondent in the discrimination action interpleaded the arbitration award in the circuit court. Circuit Court ruled in my favor and awarded me the fees.”
