EXTRAORDINARY

Attorney Estell. has been our family attorney for years. Mr. Estell represented my family member in a Criminal Case. The case went to trial. The verdict read NOT GUILTY. Mr. Estell was remarkable during trial. Through GOD Grace, Favor and Mercy and my family faith. Mr. Estell gets a five (5) plus sta...r.

Unprofessional and non-responsive

Mr. Estelle's office was only efficient in the initial stages of my case which was collecting my personal info and the info of the defendant. After that I never heard from him. I had to call constantly to get feedback which wasn't helpful because he obviously hadn't paid any attention to my case. ...After about a year and a half, it was an eager intern who brought my case to closure. Mr. Estelle received money for doing nothing. I am sure the intern was paid "peanuts". I really didn't receive much either, but my back and arm still ache. To make matters worse, my personal information was stolen from Mr. Estelle's office and used to purchase some expensive items and impacting my credit report. Mr. Estelle's office did nothing to assist. He only sent out a letter and pushed the responsibility on the police. If you want to pay someone to represent you, don't use Mr. Estelle. If you do, you will truly waste your money. He is less than mediocre and thinks that good business is a smile and promises without work. He did absolutely nothing for my case. It simply ran it's course. I believe that if I were not following up, he would have kept my settlement for himself.
