My wife and I were involved in an unusual occurrence that involved a weapon at our home. My wife and I , and the other involved party called the police. Late 2015, I was accused by an ex for inflicting bodily harm. My ex notified me that she filed a police report and I immediately started researching legal representation. My situation led me through an initial arrest (mandatory for my type of charge for a felony), Ray, through his experience was able to circumvent the bail hearing process and get me out of without posting bail. All-in-all my situation took a few months, which he told me would happen, but my case was eventually dropped. I called Mr. Forbess after reading his blog on the Matrix rehab option for my son when he was arrested. Being a Vet he needed someone that not only understood the system but first hand knew the struggles a vet goes through. I have consulted with Ray about my son. Ray is a very good listener and let me express my concerns as a mother. As a mother I was really upset with my son's situation but Ray calmed all of my fears. He was very familiar with our type of problem and filled me in with everything from start to fin...ish. I'd sure recommend him. I mean where do I start with Attorney Forbess??!! I contacted his office in late March as I was beyond tired that I had let so much time past when I was arrested back in 2003. I eventually ended up a leaving Florida without permission from probation officer and warrant was issued for my arrest. After... more than 10 years of dealing with this on my conscious and have this stain on my background I finally came to a point where I wanted to clear it up!
