Peter Glenn Venuti

Mr. Venuti was the appointee Public Defender of my hearing in 2021, which he received a salary for his services. We had a 3 to 5 minute teleconference. He tried to convince me to hire him saying he might be able to reduce the charges. I explained that the judge had already dropped 2 of the 3 charges,... and I could not afford an attorney. I explained I just lost my job, and had to take early retirement losing my benefits. I was called back to him by the bailiff because he forgot to inform me about something, and said when the judge asks-just remember to say, “yes”. I accepted the plea-The End- NOT- two years later this person who took The Oath has filed a JUDGMENT against me and my HOME, WITHOUT any other contact whatsoever. I did not hire him-he did not represent me, nor did he advocate on my behalf. On his claim / document, I was informed “He escorted me”…I was notified by The Property Fraud Alert Program. Definitely Fraudulent‼️ Mr. Venuti does not/ has not answered the emails I have sent to ask why, and what services he provided that he thinks I owe him. He does not have the courage to answer me. He does not provide the courtesy of returning a phone call. I am a senior citizen- worked my entire life to pay for my home. I am retired living on Social Security-very fixed income of which his fee and judgment is over half of what I receive. I paid for my incurred court costs plus fees. I pay my bills- When I receive them. What happened to the other 30 defendants in that courtroom? Did he file personal judgments against them too. I doubt everyone owned property for him to attach and snatch. Just because he CAN file a judgment - does NOT make it right or ETHICAL‼️ My home is my children’s inheritance. What a horrible person he must be to do this to a senior citizen.‼️Wonder how he would feel if his 3 children had to experience his actions if the situation were reversed⁉️ Shame - Shame on you, sir•••

My son was assigned an new Public Defender, which is Peter. I never received a call from him letting me know of this change. His previous PF was a great communicator but this guy awwww man. First I had called the office to speak.woth him and the secretary kept telling me that Peter wouldn't be able t...o release info to me and I'm the parent. So when I did finally get a call from him about a week or 2 later he gave me Info on my son case. He then told me it's best to contact him by email. Well I have sent him 3 emails and he have not once returned my calls or even responded. I call the office and now I can never get anyone so I have to leave voice messages. I do that and no call backs at all. My son has emailed him and he don't respond to him. The communication is HORRIBLE and I wish they would have never switched his PD. At least the ones before Peter called me all the time and was True to their word. They said i can call or text anytime and we did that and she always either called back or text back! This is just RIDICULOUSLY CRAZY HORRIBLE!!
