Neil L. Weinreb

I did not hire this lawyer but went against him. From a 100% objective POV, he is not good. Out of my two lawyers in two states, he could barely contact one of them back to be able to get the other parents rights terminated which is what his client ultimately wanted. He was hired as a second choice t...o his client after his client's previous attorney was dismissed when she told the client he did not have a case in the state of Florida. Mr. Weinreb seems to be money hungry enough to take on any case and seem to fight for you but in reality, the first lawyer was right and they lost. It was explained in detail with other case texts that they did not have jurisdiction for the case matter, yet Mr. Weinreb claimed that they did and failed to argue just that. To me, this shows that he has loose morals willing to take on a case, take someone's money to argue a case that was clearly out of FL jurisdiction when all proof was handed to him on a silver platter.

Don’t waste your time with this attorney, he is unorganized and mismanages his work load. He responds late to emails, phone calls and will not represent you correctly. This attorney has costed us more in attorney fees than I originally expected to pay. Now i have to hire a new attorney and i am out ...of 8 thousands dollars due to his negligence. Please be aware
