I am one of only three lawyers in Florida who sue aberrent lawyers regardless of "who they are". The Florida Bar vigorously opposes these cases and makes it both difficult and extremely hazardous to my professional well-being to do so. The Bar's opposition also makes it expensive. I charge a contingent fee and ask for a substantial, non-refundable portion of that contingent fee in advance. In general, in cases where there are "good" facts, I am usually sucessful notwithstanding the opposition of the Florida Bar and the target lawyers and their insurors.
