Joshua joined Brennan Manna Diamond in 2007. He is experienced in civil litigation, appellate law, arbitration, mediation, administrative and other forms of dispute resolution in a wide range of areas. In addition, Joshua assists domestic clients seekingto do business in Latin America and foreign clients seekingto establish a U.S. presence through BMD’s Latin America & Caribbean Practice Group. Born and raised in Latin America, Joshua (Josué) has the language ability and cultural sense to help advance our clients’goals.
Prior to attendinglaw school, Joshua worked as a legal research analyst for the Superior Court of California, Riverside. Duringlaw school, Joshua worked for the Florida Supreme Court as an Extern for the then Chief Justice, Barbara J. Pariente. Joshua graduated first in his law school class (#1 of 317). In achieving his class rank, Joshua received a total of nine Book Awards in the followingcourses: Torts I, Torts II,Lawyering Process I (“Research & Writing”),Lawyering Process II,Sales, Evidence, Remedies,Florida Practice and Procedure, and PretrialLitigation Drafting. He also served as an active member of the Florida CoastalLaw Review and twice won the award for Best Appellate Oral Advocate.
