I hired Ms. Dickens as my attorney and I was VERY pleased with my results. I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel that her work was worthy of a review if someone was seeking any legal services. Upon our first meeting I got the feeling that she actually cared about my situation and wasn’t just anoth...er lawyer seeking a case for money. We talked and she assured me that she would do her best to help me. I communicated with her several times, she was easily available unless she was in court, but she responds back to emails, texts and voicemails in a timely manner. I also had contact with her staff and had no issues. She made sure I was always in the loop of what was going on in my case (rulings,court dates), whether it was by calling me directly or emailing the documents I needed. Throughout the whole process I had no issues. This was my first time using an attorney and was nervous of all the legal lingo and how the judicial system worked but I felt so at ease with her assistance. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a lawyer in the Jacksonville area. She will give her all and make sure you are taken care of. This will be my Go To lawyer if I ever have any more legal issues.

Ms.Dickens has not been doing her job very well. My case has been drawn out for months. She places hidden fees within contacting her. I’ve paid the fees she has asked for when she has asked, however she charged every time I’ve called or emailed her and now she’s asking for more money. I’ve only spoke...n to her once. Her assistant is the only one who has spoken with me. I haven’t seen any paperwork and it has been months.

Jennifer is an amazing attorney. The entire process of divorce and child custody is the hardest thing anyone can go through. She always maintained complete professionalism even when my emotions ran high.
