I hired Ms. Dickens as my attorney and I was VERY pleased with my results. I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel that her work was worthy of a review if someone was seeking any legal services. Upon our first meeting I got the feeling that she actually cared about my situation and wasn’t just anoth...er lawyer seeking a case for money. We talked and she assured me that she would do her best to help me. I communicated with her several times, she was easily available unless she was in court, but she responds back to emails, texts and voicemails in a timely manner. I also had contact with her staff and had no issues. She made sure I was always in the loop of what was going on in my case (rulings,court dates), whether it was by calling me directly or emailing the documents I needed. Throughout the whole process I had no issues. This was my first time using an attorney and was nervous of all the legal lingo and how the judicial system worked but I felt so at ease with her assistance. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a lawyer in the Jacksonville area. She will give her all and make sure you are taken care of. This will be my Go To lawyer if I ever have any more legal issues.

Ms.Dickens has not been doing her job very well. My case has been drawn out for months. She places hidden fees within contacting her. I’ve paid the fees she has asked for when she has asked, however she charged every time I’ve called or emailed her and now she’s asking for more money. I’ve only spoke...n to her once. Her assistant is the only one who has spoken with me. I haven’t seen any paperwork and it has been months.

I feel that Ms. Dickens is an excellent attorney and did a great and professional job at Trial. We feel that Ms. Dickens chose a path (which she represented to us prior to trial), she stayed with it and presented the facts without engaging in the tit for tat. In the time frame given, I feel that Ms. ...Dickens expressed the major points to the court and now it is in the Judge's hands to use what you gave him and his experience to make the final decision. I am at peace with that decision and have come to terms with it even if it isn't the outcome we hoped for. A huge thank you for continuing to provide me with the highest level of Legal Representation and the utmost confidence in her representation and the excellent service she provides.

She was amazing. She kept me informed of everything in the case by calling and/or mailing me anything she received for my case. She always returned my calls within a few hours. She went to great lengths to inform me of the pros and cons in my case and made sure I understood every issue before I ma...de any decisions. I fully trusted her with my case. I have to say that there are not alot of lawyers you can trust but she is one them that you can trust and count on.
