About Elliot
Biography
As a lawyer, Elliot has tried to provide vigorous advocacy within strict ethical guidelines. He treasures his reputation for honesty and professionalism. Neither of those are inconsistent with being an advocate for his clients. He believes strongly in settling cases, when possible, but has tried several hundred cases over his more than thirty-eight year career. He never forgets that in almost every case he is affecting the lives of innocent children who love both parents. He believes that children must be protected in these proceedings.
All work and no play is not good for anyone. Elliot enjoys sailing, hiking, kayaking, biking, and walking on the beach. He also enjoys rooting for the Jacksonville Jaguars and has had the privilege of representing several of the team's players.

Long Divorce Process with Great Lawyer
Al thought we were fighting an unethical lawyer in a divorce proceeding for 16 months, Elliot kept me focused on the process and was extremely professional in his approach to this difficult situation. Then during mediation, he showed me his legal expertise and virtually closed the show.
