Biography
Carol Lee Peake has been a resident of Volusia County since 1978. She was raised in Port Orange, Florida where she graduated from Spruce Creek High School in 1989. Carol received her A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Daytona State College in 1991 , her A.A. in Liberal Arts in 1992, and went on to receive her B.A. in Criminal Justice from University of Central Florida in 1994. Carol started her own practice in the summer of 2009.
Prior to attending law school and obtaining her degree, Carol worked in the legal industry for 20 years as an Office Manager, Paralegal, Court Clerk, Guardian Ad Litem and attorney. Carol is a member of the Volusia County Bar Association, Flagler County Bar Association, as well as the Family Law Section and Criminal Law Section of the Florida Bar.
Carol attended Barry University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor in 2004. Carol was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004 and belongs to the Family Law Section, Criminal Law Section and General Practice & Small Firm Sections of the Florida Bar.
