Biography
My aim is to provide first class legal service at my office in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. As a prospective client, you can expect that I will treat you with respect, and you can always count on me for my candid opinion.
My focus is on general litigation, which means I am able to help you with a variety of legal issues. I have a degree in accounting and I have an MBA so I can help you with other considerations, not just legal opinions, which can save you money and can give you additional input points when making your decisions. My background allows me to listen to a diverse spectrum of legal issues that many other firms do not receive. If I don't feel I can help you, I will tell you.
I have represented Landlords and have successfully had people evicted for non-payment of rent.
I have helped others resolve their dispute with a simple letter and litigation was avoided. Court is always an option, but it often better to resolve issues without litigation.
As a former Accountant and Teacher, I have worked in a number of areas that have given me unique insight into the practice of law, and I hope to be able to serve you soon.
