Barry Ernest Hughes

I went to Mr Hughes for a simple divorce. From Filing April 2014, I received not a moment of counseling as to what to expect or how to present myself before the judge, Karen Foxman, in divorce court. On June 25th, 2015, I went was silenced by my exes attorney on the stand, sitting there for nearly ...eight hours of questioning with a short lunch break in between. Mr Hughes said nothing on my behalf and in presenting me to the court he didn't know my "age" and was corrected by the opposing attorney who wiped the courtroom up with me. When I first asked the cost of the divorce, he quoted me $2000-$4000 but in court he said his fee was $6000. I was humiliated and dehumanized by Mr. Hughes and his dysfunctional office personnel. A complete nightmare.
