My journey with Sam Masters began after a car accident that occurred over two years ago. At that time, I had initially intended to handle my dealings with the insurance company on my own. However, as the gravity of my injuries became apparent, I realized I needed legal assistance. My initial choice l...ed me to a large law firm with prominent billboards around town, assuming that their visibility equated to quality service. Unfortunately, I found myself just another faceless client with little access to an attorney. My attempts to seek clarification on their contract went unanswered, which prompted me to search for an attorney who genuinely cared about my case. After reading numerous reviews, I came across Sam Masters. When I initially reached out to Sam Masters' office, I was informed that he was away at a conference. However, to my surprise, he personally returned my call within a few hours, taking the time to discuss my case for over 30 minutes. A few days later, during our in-person meeting, he patiently answered all my questions and concerns, assuring me of his continued availability for any future inquiries. Over the course of two years, Sam Masters and his paralegal, Kerri, consistently lived up to their promise of accessibility. They were responsive and kept me informed about the progress of my case. Sam Masters, a Professional Hometown Attorney

It's not often one must resort to the internet to find a criminal lawyer, but that's exactly what I was forced to do, as my husband's ex-wife had been stalking, bullying and harassing myself, my family and my friends for the past twelve years and filed a false restraining order against me in Volusia ...County. (Volusia County is nearly five hours away from my home). I didn't know any attorneys in the area, so I found Mr. Masters on the internet. Luckily, I chose the right man for the job. As Sam Masters was born and raised in Daytona and knew who, what and where when it came to the judicial system in his hometown. We had no idea the aggravation and time that would be invested in this case. The Plantiff is an extremely vicious, hateful and dishonest person, and did everything possible to attempt to harass me even more by filing false police reports and restraining orders. It came to the point that she falsely accused me of violating the restraining order. We ended up having a non-jury trial. I felt just terrible being accused of bizarre actions that never took place. Due to her vindictive actions towards me, I needed swift and expert representation. I found that in Mr. Masters. A colleague of his (Aaron Delgado) worked along with Mr. Masters, and as a team, I was represented by two experts that got the job done right. I went to court expecting the worst. During the trial, the Plantiff was mouthing obscenities and laughing at me. In the end, the joke was on her, as the judge found me not guilty. If it weren't for the expertise and hard work of Mr. Masters and Mr. Delgado, I might have ended up with a criminal record when I hadn't done anything wrong. Thank you, Mr. Masters for the legal relief you provided, as I once again have faith in a flawed legal system.

When I brought my case to Sam he was open, upfront and honest about what to expect during the entire process. My case was against a city in Florida, and Sam knew what I was up against. From start to finish he was always avaiable to answer my questions. He and his staff were always knowledgeable and... prompt with information. They were compasionate and caring in every way. Sam exceeded my expectations...by far. He settled my case for way over the $$ amount that I expected, and included many protections for me in the release of claim. The funds were made available to me immediately. There were no hidden costs or deductions from the settlement. Everything was very upfront, honest, and straightforward.
