Represents developers, entrepreneurs, and manufacturers in organizing, expanding, and financing their businesses. Negotiates and drafts financing agreements, stock and asset sale agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and public-private partnerships. Represents the Volusia County Industrial Development Authority.

Led the effort to repeal Florida’s ban on offshore oil drilling, assembling a team of consultants, lawyers, and experts, developing strategy, and participating in public debates all across Florida. Represents businesses and individuals in legislative and administrative matters before local, state, and federal governments, pursuing administrative claims, lobbying elected officials, and building consensus.

Represents developers, owners, and buyers in all types of real estate matters, including development, construction, selling, leasing, financing, and permitting. Handles construction disputes, including construction defects, breach of contract, and mechanics liens. Obtains all land use and zoning permits.
