Eliza Hope

The only way to describe Eliza is to say she truly is my hero. Before I met Eliza I was fighting a custody battle for 3 years and even though I had other attorneys during this time I still felt like I was alone in the middle of a battlefield with no shield. After the the first phone call with Eliz...a I felt like I could breath and finally start relaxing. Once Eliza became my attorney and had my back l started sleeping better at night. I no longer felt alone and weaponless on a battlefield, Eliza swooped in like Wonder Woman stood in front of me and protected me with her iron shield. She gave me advice on how to heal and not only gave me the courage to keep fighting but showed me how a true attorney should be. She is professional, smart and fights with passion. I never would of imagined being so blessed to have her representing me. I truly can't say enough how grateful I am to have her as my attorney. Being able to sit back and relax in a custody battle and know she got this!!! Eliza is amazing in the courtroom! I trust her and know she is giving 110% every day!!! No attorney compares to Eliza Hope aka " Wonder Woman ". I give her 5 stars because that's the highest they let me rate her but there's not enough stars in the sky that I would give her for all the dedication she puts into her work.

I hired Eliza on an emergency case as she was recommended to me. My divorce order was out of Florida and I no longer lived there however my ex did. Long story short the non custodial parent tried to kidnap one of our two children with terrible accusations and actually had our child in his care for 45... days. Not only did she win my emergency hearing she won the entire case, got me more than I asked for and stayed on budget. Eliza is what I call a sour patch... she’s genuinely a great woman and great at her job- which I must say is not just a job for her she cares about her clients. BUT she means business. She has no problem telling you if you’re out of line. I could call, text or email her anytime and was always answered in a timely manner she knew how important this was to me and never left me in limbo. She let me cry to her and always reassured me even if it meant a swift quick in the hind end. When I hired her, she was going through her own divorce hearings (which if you’ve been divorced before you know attorney or not it drains the life out of you) but NEVER let that effect her and her job. The other parent had one of “Daytona’s finest” attorneys and she ate him up. I hope to never have to hire an attorney again in Florida but if I do I already know who will be my first call.
