Let me start out by saying that I am truly grateful for Kim as well as her staff. They have done nothing but support me as well as keep me informed of everything that is going on with my case. The divorce process seems so incredibly scary and difficult, but, from the very beginning Kim and Kathy (par...alegal) have been an absolute blessing. I hired Kim Banister to handle my easy divorce. Kim was never available to speak to me about my case. I always had to go through one of her employees. I was charged for every little thing, including being charged for scheduling an appt to meet with her. Kim made several promises to me that she never... kept, nor did she submit special documents to the court. I paid several thousand dollars in the 8 months that we worked together, yet nothing had been settled. I would not hire C. Kim Banister ever again.
