Unsuspecting clients and responding parties are the ones who suffer from his disgraceful Tactics. He is not sanctioned.He is not held accountable because he is standing before friends of friend.Th...at owes favors for things that they have done as well. He should never be able to practice in the seventh Juditional courts.

To start off, this man cares about nothing but money. At first, he seem like a great lawyer, which is obviously a show that he puts on. Over the year of knowing him and going to his office, and the multiple secretaries he has had who can’t remember anybody who calls the office. Most of the meetings w...ith Steve consisted of his vacation home in Colorado. His stock market at this time when he was going to see welcome to Rockville. He also tries to make you feel stupid about certain things. He’s not a caring lawyer, let me put it that way. I say this all because I recently had an issue with him with my final order. Not only did Steve lose (when he of course assured me “because he “knows knows” the judge from their country club”, he’d win. The judge was a “real family and education driven parent” as he put it. He also talked about the members of the judges family. This man is not professional. After the hearing, the papers were drawn up by the other lawyer, that my ex had. Those papers were sent to Steve. He then approved them without me even looking at them. The document was for an adoption plan, and we were in court for a parental plan. I was also given copies of the order, not even signed by the judge, who by the way, Steve is openly talking about being part of the same country club as this judge. Don’t think that’s something you should bring up with your clients. And speaking of Judge, Steve used to be one, but from what I read in articles, he was disbarred for throwing out traffic cases of friends and colleagues. I also learned quite a bit about his family and apparently his brother is a spoiled brat, whose mom bought him a house and to Steve that’s unfair. And so he seems to be the greatest thing in his family. Save your time and money and find someone who cares about what you’re going through more than just being a dollar sign.

Steve was surprised by this in the court room. He was emailed it, & served. How was it a surprise unless you’re not doing your job? Then when I made an appointment? After putting down a 3 thousand dollar cash retainer- his secretary told me he was aware of everything & that I would need to pay anoth...er $150.00. That their time is reserved for clients who can pay- maybe a dig because I’m fully disabled? Can you say discrimination? Steve has never returned my calls, emails, or done anything except file a motion to dismiss. Oooooh, la, la. Yo- dude- I could do that. Not even kidding. He doesn’t take notes, or listen to his clients. He missed a critical deadline. Zero Stars don’t recommend. I recommend turning him over to the Florida State Bar Association. I’m going to- & will be taking it as far as I can go. I don’t play. Mess with the custody of my child because you’re lazy? Prepare for war. Just ask Metlife how they’re doing- they’re no longer with Bank of America as a long term disability provider. I had something to do with that. I don’t play, I win. You can go to the Florida Bar Association and obtain these forms. If this happened to you within the past 6 years, you’re still able to file. Just takes a stamp. That’s nothing compared to a roach.
