Kevin T. Vagovic

Fall from grace, Kevin and his office has become completely disorganized. There is zero, zero communication. They missed documents sent to them from opposing Council, missed scheduled calls and meetings. When they would finally answer the phone, Kevin was almost never available or would cancel las...t minute. Never returned emails, they would go weeks without a response until I would call and nothing would be done. He put his personal feelings of opposing counsels upfront and would be difficult to deal with instead of discussing the case.

Started off so promising, but quickly went down hill. You never know who you are going to talk to as the office staff is constantly changing in which scares me as they all have access to your information! Very difficult to have any real conversation with Vagovic. They will set up an appointment, b...ut often be late or have some excuse to reschedule. And when it comes down to the trial day, the first words out of his mouth was "We're screwed!" The guy didn't even subpoena witnesses that I personally encouraged to have testify! He shows no "teeth" when it comes to negotiating with the opposing side. Just caves in and leaves you standing there trying to handle it yourself. Spent a lot of money just to be beat up. RUN do not walk away from this one. There are much better out there.

He does not practice law accordingly, I was a client of his for a case in Florida. I have a small claim case about $2000, hired him to represent me for a flat fee and show up for a hearing since I was far, he assured me to show up for hearing/trial in an email which will not exceed the amount, but h...e never showed up for a hearing, I gone through very difficult times, after a year I brought the case up and won the case on the phone by myself. He knew how to maximize his hours instead of doing the right kind of work for a case and his fees exceed the amount of claim. This attorney talked me into signing an hourly agreement with him to get paid for a retainer and got money out of me, he's a young attorney, but has no way to make a case better. During the arbitration, he told the arbitrator, he trough me law, help the case dismissed, actually he's lack of experience, filed useless paper work which I already filed, didn't bring continue the case when the other party filed a fake motion and forgot the case after until I brought the case back to Calendar, then he got paid for $1200 without a hearing and dropped out. He never inform me anything, delayed the time to file for attorney fees. How could a small calim case happen like this? Ann
