I spoke to his paralegal twice before finally making an appointment with Mr Latinsky. She assured me that he was available to represent me on my hearing date. What originally was a free consultation lead to $250 and then $3000 to walk into court with me and let the chips fall. Mr Latinsky admitted th...at he knew the other party and been into his bar, also that he prejudged me ahead of meeting me and hearing my side of the story. Very unprofessional in my eyes, i walked out of his office with my tail between my legs, feeling like a complete idiot. Mr Latinsky lied to me about the facts of my case being confidential , i later found that out on my own from the court itself. Ive decided to save myself $3000 and represent myself and let the chips fall either way. I will never recommend this attorney or his firm to anyone.
