Hillarie Ann Miller

I am a former felony, misdemeanor, DUI, and juvenile deliquency prosecutor with extensive courtroom experience in the 7th Judicial Circuit, which includes St. Johns, Putnam, Flagler, and Volusia Counties. As a prosecutor, I handled a variety of cases including: driving offenses, DUIs, property crimes, financial crimes, drug sales and possession, domestic disputes, aggravated assaults, aggravated batteries, child abuse/neglect, weapons offenses, and sexually motivated offenses. During my tenure as a prosecutor, I was honored for my trial advocacy skills with a Top Gun Award.

In addition to my criminal prosecution experience, I have worked as a Plaintiff's personal injury attorney in the 4th Judicial Circuit, which includes Duval, Clay, and Nassau Counties. I have represented victims of car accidents, workplace injuries, construction accidents, and slip and falls. I also have unique experience in mass tort litigation throughout the state of Florida, fighting for Plaintiffs in Engle progeny tobacco litigation.
