Lauren Ramey Kiley

Lauren is a methodical and strategic thinker whose proactive approach helps clients quickly achieve meaningful results. She brings a distinct legal perspective to ADVOS – her extensive experience as a prosecutor, appellate attorney, and law clerk gives her a deep understanding of jury trials, evidentiary hearings, and complex legal issues. Lauren leverages that experience to serve clients in a compliance capacity with a focus on drafting technology agreements, privacy policies, and terms of use agreements. She advises clients on various data privacy laws including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and has experience drafting corporate records, employee handbooks, and employment contracts. Prior to law school, Lauren worked in the Transactions Management Capital Markets Department of Nomura Securities’ London office.

Lauren sits on the Board of Directors for Explorations V Children’s Museum in Lakeland, Florida, and the Florida Bar Grievance Committee for the 10th Judicial Circuit Committee A. She holds a Bachelor of Science with honors from Florida State University, and a Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. Lauren is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
