Tried contacting mr. silverman many times and would not respond prior to trial. The morning of the court date prior to seeing the judge was the first time I ever had to meet and speek with him. He had no understanding as to what my intentions were and and no interest in hearing what I had to say. H...e demanded that I sign a paper stating that child support was going to correct and drop $12,000.00 they showed me to be in the arrears do to there incomptance and that this amount was the only money that was at issue. I asked about the $40,000.00 that I had been over charged, and he told me that if I did not sign the letter he would not present it to the judge. I refused and to this day eight years later I am still paying each month towards the $12,000.00 he knows I do not owe.
