I have serious concerns regarding the conduct of Thomas Carl Santoro. Based on my experience, my father was not properly informed or educated regarding his last will and testament. Following my father's passing, Mr. Santoro engaged in actions that I believe were misleading and manipulative toward my ...sister and l. As a result of these actions, my sister and I were compelled to retain independent legal counsel to protect our interests. Throughout this process, Mr. Santoro's behavior was dishonest, unprofessional, and lacking transparency. His conduct suggested a prioritization of personal financial gain over ethical respon-Sibility. I strongly believe Mr. Santoro took advantage of a vulnerable situation involving a deceased individual and the surviving chil-dren. In my view, his actions demonstrate a lack of integrity, professionalism, and accountability. His approach was marked by arrogance and poor judgment, which is deeply concerning given the seriousness of his role and responsibilities. This man is entirely self-serving. Every decision he makes is about what he can extract for himself. I have documented proof of his unprofessional conduct. He is arrogant, greedy, manipulative, and operates without integrity. He treated me unfairly out of spite because I questioned his ethics. His behavior is calculated and vindictive. He deliberately exploited my family during the most vulnerable time of our lives, including taking advantage of my deceased father and his children for financial gain. This was the most DIFFICULT and UNPLEASANT experience I've ever dealt with in my entire life. There is no professionalism or integrity from this man. He is incredibly mali-cious, dishonest, vengeful, and disrespectful. He has complete hate in his heart. He has been the BIGGEST NIGHTMARE. He knows how much pain he has caused me and he simply doesn't care. I don't know how this wicked old man sleeps at night, but God will deal with him.

I worked with this attorney and his staff as we tried to do a simple real estate closing. I found him to be rude and very unprofessional. I did everything this company asked of me and this man was unacceptably rude to me. I would not recommend him or his company to anyone.
