Mrs. Donley accepted the case based on the merits as presented. She explained in detail the legal aspects surrounding the case and the real possibilities to grant or not our motion to end the support case. Legal fees were disclosed and explained in advance in detail. Follow up's, prompt responses to ...my questions, support as needed and kind attention to my case was excellent. Follow up meeting at her office before the hearing was very productive and prepared me to be ready to answer the judge questions if any in a proper manner and confident that there was not going to be any missing details and that the evidence to be presented if needed was available to be presented and me able to discuss it with the judge in a clear manner. The day at the court hearing we had time to talk before going in and all happened without any issues. The process was fast and the judge was pleased with the motion as written and the answers to his questions were accepted without hesitation. The motion was granted and signed documents and copies were given to me and distributed next day by her office. Case was closed, final invoice and closing letter sent withing the next week, all satisfactorily completed.

This was our first time dealing with Estate Plan documents and we were not sure what to expect. Mrs. Donley met with us and explained the process in detail, making us feel comfortable. After a quick trip to her office to sign the final versions, we placed the originals in a safety deposit box per her recommendation. We plan to use Mrs. Donley should we ever need to make an update to any of the documents.
