As an Assistant State Attorney for over 16 years I have gained experience in all types of criminal law. I am an experienced litigator with years of experience in the courtroom and with trials. I have practiced in every county courthouse in the third circuit and am very familiar with the system and the courts. While my office is based in Lafayette County I handle cases in all 7 counties of the 3rd Circuit...Hamilton, Suwannee, Columbia, Madison, Dixie, Taylor and Lafayette, as well as counties such as Alachua, Gilchrist, Levy, Baker, and Leon. I handle Criminal cases as well as Family Law such as Dissolution of Marriage, Dependency, Paternity and adoption. I also handle Wills and Trusts. Incompetent
Hired Ms.Hatton on a custody matter and she had no idea what she was doing..She filed court documents incorrectly, when asked questioned pertaining to family law, she was clueless, and reviewed my case at the last minute. Not only that, she charged me a ridiculous amount for my case, but did nothing ...
