My name is Terry, I wanted to take a little time out to write a review on the attorney I attained , ( Ms. Kate Faughnan... Fortunately & unfortunately I was left an substantial annuity from someone in my deep past... I live in New York, & had to Aguire an attorney in Florida , as the annuity was wri...tten up in Florida state....I was being summoned by the court in Florida, as a past family member was challenging me on the annuity being left to me....sooooooo.. I had to interview attorney's ( in Florida) via phone conversations & Google etc.... I had spoke to about 4 or 5 before my conversation w/ Ms. Faughnan, my immediate gut feeling was ( ICOULD TRUST HER!) .... To me that & attorney experience in cases like this..( was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT....as I had other attorney's in the past for different reasons, ( and got screwed over) for lack of a better description of my past experiences....I would recommend as an attorney Ms. Faughnan to anyone any day of the week....I did try & keep my phone calls about the goings on in my case to a minimum...( as I know I certainly knew she had many other clients to deal with as well, there were times where I would text Ms, Faughnan, & at some point in the day, she would get back to me either via phone and or texting.... Ms. Faughnan always but always kept me abreast about my case, either calling me personally or her para legal.. In the end of my case, I was happy with the outcome, I finally got to meet Attorney Faughnan in Orlando Florida as I had to go down there for mediation & depositions too....I found her to be honest & very caring as well as knowledgable. I am eternally grateful to Ms. Faughnan as she stood by my side through this whole case, and won it for us...thanks again Kate....you made this experience bearable for me, ( thanks for taking my case!..p.s. She's a good listener too/ hard to find in lawyers ..lol
