Biography
Born and raised in Live Oak, Florida. Graduated Suwannee High School in 2006. Enlisted in the U.S. Army thereafter and served as a 19D Cavalry Scout from 2006-2009. Served in Iraq in 2007-2008 and earned Combat Action Badge and two Army Commendation Medals, among others. Left the Army in 2009 and enrolled at Florida State University. Graduated with a bachelor in history and then enrolled in FSU Law School. Made Dean's List. Graduated and moved back home to practice law. Has had 25 jury trials as both prosecutor and defense attorney since being admitted to the Florida Bar, ranging from simple misdemeanors to complex felonies. Engaged and father of two beautiful children. Enjoys watching sports, fishing, hunting, and camping.

Eviction of Renters
Mr. Brinson took our case to help get renters out of our House. He took it and did what an Attorney should do. He got them out within 15 days from filing the papers to the Court !! Knowledgeable and willing to work.
