Frederick John Schutte IV

I could not afford to hire an attorney so I went to the local legal aid to assist me. Mr. Schutte took the case over from Three Rivers Legal Services, legal aid, without charge. He handled my entire divorce proceeding, getting me support and residential custody of my children. Three Rivers had not... asked for these but Mr. Schutte insisted. Though the case almost three years, Mr. Schutte never asked for a fee, and in fact countered the argument in court of my ex's attorney when he brought it up. I feel that he is an outstanding attorney and I recommend to everyone.

Me. Schutte took over my case after my first attorney lost my trial for theft of a firearm. I had two charges for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He took both to trial, two separate trials and won both., exactly six months apart, to the day. Without Mr Schutte I would have spent most... of the rest of my life in prison.
