George Herbert Nelson III

i was arrested may 08, 2021 Mr. Nelson was given as my Public defender on May 12. 2021 with 2 felony charges and a $100,000 bond against me. within 6 days of Mr. Nelson being my defense Attorney, he contacted witnesses, made a few quick investigations, and presented to the 8th Judicial Circuit Court... on May 18, 2021 the evidence needed to get the bond reduced to 0.00 R.O.R. and i was set free that day. with no restrictions other than do not contact the Deputies. It would have been nice if the Courts found me to broke to keep him as my defense, i think he did an excellent Job. i retained an attorney outside of Baker County for a large sum. and really believe the Nolle Prosequi i received would have been obtained quicker and at less cost if Mr. Nelson could have continued my defense.
